No, you will not be unconscious or lose control. You are always aware of what is happening and can choose to pause or stop the session at any time. You are simply in a deeply relaxed state, similar to daydreaming, where you can access deeper parts of your mind and soul.
 

5. Do I need to believe in reincarnation or be spiritual for QHHT to work?

No, you do not need to have any special beliefs for QHHT to be effective. Many people come to QHHT with an open mind and curiosity, regardless of their spiritual background. 6. What if I cannot be hypnotised?

8. Are QHHT sessions recorded?

Yes, all QHHT sessions are either video or audio recorded. This ensures that you have a complete record of the whole experience, including all the insights, responses and guidance you receive. The recordings are given to you after the session and you retain full ownership rights to these recordings. They are for your personal use and contemplation.

16. What if I don't experience anything during the session?
